About Us:

Team RGIT was formed on the 1st of July, 2009 to successfully execute the project using sophisticated design techniques.

The car, which will be built as per international standards, will be used to participate in the international Formula SAE series competitions organised around the world every year.

The key challenges in the project are the exploration of modern design techniques, computer simulation and analysis of the design and tuning of the car for high performance in the race. Besides, good managerial and team skills are required to achieve deadlines through proper coordination. Overcoming these challenges will arm every member of the team with the knowledge and experience sought after in the professional world. The project will open up new recruitment opportunities for the team members and also promote the brand name of the Institute.
